4SC3ND originated as a 3d scan of @qassandra.flys In my works exploration of what composes a person in today’s society of digital culture and social media. We all experience and perceive one another through a digital lens of presentation. I capture this idea of a human in the digital environment by surrounding them with abstract digital based shapes..Passing a photograph of the work to @androidxanadu he brought the physical form back into the digital environment. Andrew’s work varies from the organic, painterly flows to wild chaotic Glitch. Andrew uses audio-visual workflows to leverage GLSL shaders, resulting in sophisticated processing chains capable of transforming images into unique glitched work through pixel displacement..These images were modulated to the audio signal of Trevor Something’s album “Deep Wave Data Dark Wave Daemons.
